Enron Founder's Conviction Tossed!
Can you believe it, Enron founder's conviction was tossed by a Federal Judge. Ken Lay, the founder, died from a coronary artery disease and because he cannot complete his court dates, the case was thrown out.
I have a beef with Ken Lay and those of the Enron scandal. They've made my life at work more of a hastle than a job which used to be desirable. There are so many controls that I have to follow as set forth by Sarbane's Oxley that it's rediculous. Transfer me to the head office. I'd rather be there. The best part of that move: spending every day and moment with my wife.
